“The staff are very friendly”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Everything was great but couldn’t access the pool on our last day for some reason. It was something about chemicals in the pool. My daughter was upset all night because she’s a young swimmer and we only book hotels with pools so she can have her freedom in the water. But other than that it was a great stay.”

“The lady that worked the desk was absolutely amazing. She was completely helpful and did her best to accommodate our family. This was our first time at a Best Western and it’s now our go to hotel because of her!”

“Front desk clerk was NOT friendly. Rooms was not cleaned, bathroom floor was dirty(you can tell the floor haven’t been clean for a while). elevator floor was nasty.”

“It was a nice hotel, I stayed in a King Room for 2 nights with my boyfriend and then moved to a double room with my friend who was visiting. The breakfast was very good, hot coffee is in the lobby, & they have a little store.They don't open the pool until Memorial Day & we had booked it because the pool looked open when we checked it out. All the staff was helpful & kept me updated, moving from 1 room to another so I didn't have to take everything to the car. It's in a great location. We ate at...

“Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...
